The hotel's location was great, very close to all the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well during the heatwave. the breakfast served every morning was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The wifi was very unreliable and kept cutting out. the room wasn't cleaned very well, and there were some lingering odors.

Cheapest place I could find during the summer months...host was nice and recommends places to see and eat that are worth it. Rooms have a\c but if u leave the windows open Mosquitos will come in and feast on everyone in the room. Breakfast is served in the room and is pretty tasty!!

People are allowed to smoke in their rooms, so the whole place smells like cigarettes, blah. However, if you close your door you shouldn't smell it that much. The bathroom is tiny, too!!

I had a great stay in this city. The hotel was conveniently located down the street from San Lorenzo cathedral and within walking distance to most Florence landmarks, including the Santa Maria Novella station. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Transportation was easy to access from this location.

Due to it's central location - close to the Dome - the tower bell went off 7 days a week at 7am in the morning and was very loud!! There are about 70 stairs up to the b&b - no reception desk - just a buzzer system to get in so when you first arrive wait for the owner to come down as he has a key to open the elevator to take your luggage up. You can use the lift once you get your set of keys so saves having to climb the stairs every time you come back in.

Perfect location, lively square, close to Duomo, major sights in easy walking distance, comfortable and nicely decorated room, water and cookies in the hallway.

Our host, Ludivicio, was very friendly and well-informed about the city and offered some very good tips on restaurants, galleries and gelato. The b&b is in a fantastic location and is very central yet, with church bells excluded, was very peaceful during our stay.

Breakfast could be requested at anytime yet, when we request early breakfasts (7.30ish), these were sometime not ready until after eight. However, when we ordered breakfast for after 8.30-9am, they arrived promptly. Inadvertently, this offered the great opportunity to explore some smaller local tourist attractions prior to breakfast before starting the day in mid morning.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The central location in the historic centre is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The small kitchen area is a nice touch, providing guests with a convenient space to enjoy their breakfast included in the stay.

All was fine, no issues to report.

The hotel is located in a perfect area, right next to a bustling square and in close proximity to all tourist attractions. The room is comfortable and well-decorated, with a welcoming touch of water and cookies in the hallway. The host provided useful information about places to visit.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was below average, with no bath mats and limited toiletries.

The location was fabulous very close to the train station and in the center of town. The view from the room was great and it was very clean, wifi was available, and Lodovico was a great host. The breakfast reclassified the word continental breakfast, the pastries were hot and flaky and delicious. We had a fabulous time! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
